OCEAN SMOOTHIE BOWL
2-3 frozen bananas
1 fresh mango
2 tbsp of plantbased yoghurt ( or splash of plantbased milk)
1/2-1 tsp of blue spirulina powder ( or more, it depends how strong colour you would to get)
Set of Ocean silicone moulds
2-3 tbsp of coconut yoghurt
1/4 tsp of blue spirulina
1/4 tsp of beetroot powder
Crushed cookies (or waffle cones)
First prepare ocean decorations 🐚 Divide yoghurt into two small bowls, add blue spirulina to the one bowl and beetroot powder to the other. Mix. Fill the silicone moulds with coloured yoghurt - you can fill separately with each colour, or blend yoghurt together to make some swirls.
Put filled silicone moulds to the freezer, they should be ready after 30-40 mins.
Crush the cookies.
Place in a blender all smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth. (Tips: take of your bananas from the freezer and set aside for around 10 mins before you start blending - they will be easier to blend)
Transfer smoothie into your favourite bowl, sprinkle with cookies and quinoa. Add the ocean decorations and enjoy!
