Smoothie:


  • 200ml tropical juice

  • 2-3 frozen bananas

  • 2-3 frozen mangoes

  • 2 tbsp of frozen mango yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp of frozen vanilla yoghurt

  • 1/2-1 tsp of blue spirulina powder ( or more, it depends how strong colour you would to get)

  • 2-3 ice cubes







Preparation

Directions:


  • Place in a blender all smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth & pour into your favourite smoothie cup.
